Having my physiotherapist, Guneet, listen to how I feel week to week then month to month now every other month over the last 2 years has been a stable & clear blessing.
Uncluttered instruction received for each new set of family physician referrals provided for the next set of 6 sessions supports me in a way my sore body has ever been supported until 10 yrs ago when I met up w-Health in Hands Wellness Clinic.
Most recently Physiotherapist Guneet consistently demonstrates slowly how I can refocus on the next affected joint, muscle group or associated set of connective tissues. She knows human anatomy like no other I have met during my 76 years on earth.

My husband and I have been coming to Health in Hands for over two years for both massage and physiotherapy. I’ve had an excellent experience with Guneet—she’s knowledgeable, professional, and has a great bedside manner. She supported me through both pregnancy and postpartum with pelvic floor and general physio. Highly recommend her!
