Excellent flooring store with a huge selection of carpets and flooring options. We purchased carpet and had it installed upstairs in our home, and we are extremely happy with the results. The sales EJ and his team was very helpful, knowledgeable, and gave us great recommendations. The quality and variety were amazing.

I highly recommend Floors Direct, especially EJ. It was an absolute pleasure working with EJ on our project. He was quick to action required items, happily shared his extensive knowledge and was always on top of his email replies. Moreover, EJ is super nice to talk to, extremely patient, very knowledgeable and approachable. If you are looking for the best flooring expert, EJ is your guy.
I rarely write reviews, but when I get great service and professionalism, I feel that I must. The night before installation, Kuong called and visited, then set up us for the next day. He prepared all the plastic covering for cupboard and rooms to limit dust traveling. After tearing up the floor and disposal, his work paid off as the dust was limited. Next day was laying our hardwood. He took the extra time to carefully lay out the floor and showed my wife and I why he searched for boards that would be staggered and give us more strength and a great visual presentation.
