Cannot say enough about how incredible the experience was using Floors Direct West. We were referred by our contractor to check them out. I had looked elsewhere but right off the hop, the experience here was ten times better.
EJ is such a wonderful human - he gave us direction, advice, and space when we needed it to make selections. He was able to help us narrow down our choices, and gave us samples to take home - large floor blocks that actually showed how the floor would look which we rotated throughout the space to see what we liked. Excellent flooring store with a huge selection of carpets and flooring options. We purchased carpet and had it installed upstairs in our home, and we are extremely happy with the results. The sales EJ and his team was very helpful, knowledgeable, and gave us great recommendations. The quality and variety were amazing.
The best part was the installation team — they were very professional, clean, detail-oriented, and did an outstanding job. Everything was completed on time and looked perfect. Highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality flooring and excellent customer service
