I rarely write reviews, but when I get great service and professionalism, I feel that I must. The night before installation, Kuong called and visited, then set up us for the next day. He prepared all the plastic covering for cupboard and rooms to limit dust traveling. After tearing up the floor and disposal, his work paid off as the dust was limited. Next day was laying our hardwood. He took the extra time to carefully lay out the floor and showed my wife and I why he searched for boards that would be staggered and give us more strength and a great visual presentation. I’ve dealt with EJ on 3 separate projects. He product knowledge, honesty, fair pricing and customer service keep me coming back. We recently had a flood in our house and EJ was able to get my floor replaced ASAP. You can buy from Floors Direct West with confidence that your price will be fair and the customer service is there to back any issues if they arise!
EJ and Floors Direct West did an outstanding job when we reno'd our home with new flooring and carpeting. EJ is very knowledgeable about flooring of all kinds, there is an excellent selection and the installers were A+. Great job! Would recommend to anyone as the go to place for flooring.
