This store is a pillar to the Erin Mills Town centre. She helped me tremendously with the issues ive had, and even solved my Clown problem! Would recommend Abby to all who value good customer service!!
Location is good. Store decor is good.And I had the best support from Faizan who is rookie in the store. He is full of knowledge and has the passion for support. Abby, the store manager, is also a good administrator.
Jameel has an attitude problem. Probably getting too comfortable in that manager position talking the way he does to customers. After I disagreed about their warranty plan he wasn't willing to even write down his name so I remember who I spoke with. I don't know what he was scared of. He easily lost my business cause we were trying to switch to Fido. What a character. Go to another fido for better service if you have someone like that running the store. I never had a sales person with that kind of ego
