I was having serious problems getting any customer service from Rogers & Fido until
I went to the Fido store at Erin Mills TC.
There I was super impressed by Faizan the Customer Service Rep.
He solved my concerns in 1 visit, with top class skill. I highly recommend contacting Faizan if you are seeking a solution to any issues with your WiFi or Cell.
He is the best.

Aryan and AJ were representing the store today, and while it was Aryan who worked with me directly I noted AJ handling another customer with the same grace and upbeat attitude.
As my time there ticked on, waiting on hold for FIDO corporate to answer and solve a simple activation glitch, Aryan did what all good solutions finders do. He found a way. Immediately the problem was solved and the activation was seamlessly completed.
