Mark did an excellent job at diagnosing the problem, which involved a loose and broken cap over our clean-out. It was leaking bad odours into our basement and throughout the rest of our house (through the vent system). The repair/replacement was carried out in a timely and cost-effective manner, and Mark was courteous, informative and professional throughout. After being ripped off by three previous plumbers unable to identify the problem, it was a welcome relief!

Mark (absolutely fabulous) arrived at the designated time and proceeded to deal with the issue in an efficient and professional manner. He provided product advice to limit the possibility of the issue recurring and a future procedure to ensure that the main kitchen line was functioning as it should be.
