This is the BEST spot for a massage in the GTA! Lauren and Marty are amazing owners, the space is very warm and inviting, all of the staff are super friendly, and I’ve never had a bad massage from any of the RMTs. Will literally never go anywhere else!
I’ve tried several massage therapists in my life but Maiya takes the cake. She takes the time and intention to understand exactly where you want to focus on. She knows exactly which body part needs the most attention, how much pressure to put, and which methods to use. I’ve suffered from chronic back pain for years and after only a handful of visits, my tension and pain has improved significantly. ELMNT is also a great atmosphere with super friendly staff. I truly could not recommend Maiya or ELMNT more.
