“I've been to a few laptop repair shops before this one and none of them did a proper diagnostic. These guys not only found the problem, but did it for free. The issue isn't repairable, which sucks, but I really appreciate the honesty. Also the front desk guy was the amazing, probably the best customer service I've had at any repairshop.“
