We tried float therapy decades ago in Toronto - but this was far superior. Garth and Karen are very professional and experts in their field. WE LOVED every part of this experience and will definitely be coming back.

What an incredible experience! From the moment I arrived, the space was welcoming, comfortable, and so accommodating. Garth made me feel completely at ease and was incredibly friendly and professional throughout my visit.
The massage was amazing—one of the most relaxing I've ever had. Garth's technique was excellent, and I left feeling refreshed and tension-free. The salt water float pod was equally wonderful. It was peaceful, rejuvenating, and exactly what I needed to unwind and recharge.
