I recently booked a float session and massage using a gift certificate I had received for Christmas. I wasn’t sure what to expect but Garth and Karen are so welcoming and put me at ease immediately. The float session was absolute heaven! It took but a few minutes to relax and enjoy the soothing water and soft music, my session was an hour and I wasn’t sure if it might be too long but I could have easily done an hour and a half. I even started to drift off to sleep! I also did a half hour massage immediately after and by the time my experience was over, I was in a complete Zen almost dream like state. I also suffer from a few chronic and painful conditions and my pain went from a 7/8 to a 3 and that effect lasted a few days. I am excited to purchase a membership package and add it to my very important self care routine. I highly recommend trying the float experience, it’s absolutely wonderful!
