Please note, Dr HVAC is NOT a 24 hour service. We’ve been members with them for a little over a year. Our furnace was serviced exactly a week ago and has now stopped working. It’s below zero temperatures tonight and I have young children in the house, but have been informed that on weeknights they offer an answering service only, with no technicians on call. They only offer emergency services on weekends. Their advertising is a bit misleading if you ask me, so just be aware of what you are signing up for. Their service up until this point has been fabulous so this is disappointing to say the least.

Highly recommend Dr. HVAC. We noticed a leak in our tankless water heater tonight. Within an hour of calling Kurtis had arrived and discovered the problem. He quickly corrected the problem, flushed the system and installed a surge protector we wanted for our air conditioner unit while waiting. Thanks Kurtis. Really appreciate your quick response.
Yesterday I had a sales call from Dr. HVAC and felt it was important to acknowledge deserving people. Bruna, the technician, made it an extremely pleasant experience. She maintained a highly positive attitude and was quickly able to build a relationship with me. She arrived with a heater and although I didn't need it, I immediately felt her empathy with what was a potential stressful situation (non-functional furnace). She understands how to make a real difference in a potential customer's experience. Bruna's professionalism and expertise is only one of her strengths.
