I was truly disappointed that Dr Green billed us for lawn care we did not require at this time.
However, when I called and spoke with Saddaff Qureshi (Customer Service Rep) she listened, explained, and took care of my case very efficiently.
I was relieved and thankful for great customer service and would like to bring to your attention the value of an excellent and polite employee.
Dr. Green has been taking care of our lawn for years. While it isn't a perfect lawn, they do come regularly and take care of the fertilizing and some weed control. I wish this looked better but at least I don't have to do the work.
Lawn has not showed any improvement since last year. Too many weeds and crawlers in the backyard for what we pay is overpriced.
