It's clear to me that customer satisfaction is Ahmed's top priority! Ahmed ensured that the installation of our heat pump system using our ducts went smoothly and communicated well throughout the process. He showed up on time for the project and follow-up appointments, and always provided friendly service. Ahmed insisted that he be contacted if I had any questions or concerns after the work was completed. He responded to my texts in a timely manner and returned to address my concerns. In summary, Ahmed is trustworthy, and I will recommend him to others.

Ahmad @ Dolphin Mechanical finally got our 6 year old Mitsubishi AC Split System running properly after 3 years of low performance. Very quick response time, friendly, professional and polite, and knows these units inside and out. He took the time to explain the issues, and went about the maintenance with diligence.
