Great Service from start to finish. They text you when they are on the way with a map so you know exactly where the tech is. Plus they supply The name and a picture of the text so it’s totally safe. My tech was Chris. He was amazing. Quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and honest. I would definitely use them again, and I would recommend them to others.
We called Friday evening and left a message. Our call was returned by a lovely lady on Saturday and arrangements were made to have Chris come out on Monday afternoon (offered morning too but afternoon worked better for us). This is the second time Chris from Dodds has serviced our garage door. First was the replacement of a broken spring and this time it was our garage door opener. He replaced the bent gear and then took the time to find out why it was going down properly but not up and stopping. He thoroughly checked the whole unit and found it was a worn wire. Great experience with Dodds! From the sales process to the installation, it was easy and efficient. Everyone we dealt with was professional and friendly and we are very happy with the quality of our new garage door (which was installed in just a few hours!) Overall a great experience!
