I'm pleased to recommend Detail Roofing for any Condominium in the GTA. I have worked with Detail Roofing at PCC 417 as the Board hired them to take over the roof maintenance contract from a prior vendor who let the site fall into a state of disrepair and many issues, leading to a safety and security concern.
Since Detail Roofing took over the site in 2024 and from my experience working with them; I know they are highly qualified for any work in a Condo setting when it comes to roof repair and maintenance.

I have work with Detailed Roofing for 8 years for our condominium needs across many properties. We have a significant amount of roof leaks over the past years and Detailed's record keeping has been a tremendous help as we are involved with engineers to further assist with the ongoing repairs.
