We stopped by Designer’s Carpet One today to look for an area rug. While they don’t stock area rugs, they have an extensive selection of carpet and flooring samples, and were incredibly helpful in exploring rug-binding options.
Thank you to Rebecca for her friendly assistance and providing us with some great advice. We truly appreciated her time and help.
We arrived at Designer's Carpet One, on Burnhamthorpe, to discuss a flooring flood claim. Rebecca is incredibly knowledgeable about all of the flooring choices available. Once we found the right calour pallete (based on our existing baseboards, which survived the flood), Rebecca was able to show us the best choices for our budget. We decided to pay a small premium over what the insurance company covered to get a much superior flooring product. We couldn't be happier with this part of the flood recovery experience.
We had a fantastic experience with Designer’s Carpet One. Rebecca provided truly exceptional service—she listened carefully to our needs, made suggestions to modernize our home while keeping cost savings strategies in mind, and offered thoughtful design advice to tie everything together. She was incredibly patient, showing us many samples and even sourcing additional ones from the manufacturer when needed. Rebecca’s service is absolutely five-star. We highly recommend this store!
