zero stars if I could post a zero. worst customer service. I have been trying to get an ice maker fixed under warranty for 4 months and still nothing! don't even contact them. not worth your time or frustration

Absolutely horrible made me destroy my 70" tv and because I got it on sale decided to give me a check instead of a new tv oh by the way I haven't received my check would never buy another rca wisj k could give them a zero

It's a scam centre run by Frigidare to not honour their warranty. They will ask you to upload photos into their ticket and then they will wait for you to call back and every time you call them they will give you excuses to not service your product. Stop wasting your time and dont buy Frigidare products.
