I had a large project to complete; full basement renovation including adding a support beam as I wanted to make two rooms into one and wanted to take down a load bearing wall. I had a few contractors come in to give me estimates. James' estimate was competitive, but what won me over was his recently completed work at my neighbor's house and their kitchen looked spectacular.
The whole project included relocating the plumbing for my washer/dryer, installing a new three piece bathroom, constructing a wall unit, and adding two closets. James did a stellar reno in our Oakville home. Oak Hardwood flooring throughout, Media wall and full entertainment system installation, upgraded LED lighting, paint & baseboards throughout the entire house as well as new electrical circuits. He had some great design ideas which have transformed our 75 year old home into to a entirely new space. The price was right and everything was done on time as planned. Thanks James !!!
Service requested a few times over the years from small fixes to major renovations. James and his team have helped with everything from kitchen and living room total renovations (new ceiling, potlights, painting, light fixtures, new hardwood flooring, custom TV wall, Kitchen counter & cabinets, sinks, backsplash) to small fixes (furniture assembly, door fixes, window framing, stair fix). Always a great experience, on time, honest prices, good value. Really great to have someone like him in the neighborhood.
