Condo Kandy made this install experience one of the best we’ve ever had. Kevin’s home visit was instrumental in selecting the optimum colour, materials and design. We appreciated his expertise and design sense advice. Delivery was white glove and very professional. The installation was on time, perfectly executed and completely cleaned up at the end to be able for us to enjoy the balcony that afternoon. We loved his work.The deck boards are incredibly realistic and the grass perfectly mimics the real thing and is thick@ 95oz face weight. 4 years ago I had my decks done, but used a much lesser quality of decking than Condo Kandy offers. I spoke with Johnny the owner of CONDO KANDY in regards to redoing my decks. I must say Johnny’s business ethics are to be commended.After we agreed on dates for removal and installation, Rick arrived on time, worked nonstop until both front and back decks were finished.(less then a day) Rick did an excellent job, everything lined up, the cuts were perfect and not a speck of dust left behind.
