I visited to get BMW hose pipe changed. The owner is very kind and accommodating. He ordered my part and fixed same day. Reasonable price and honest advice. Will definitely go back and highly recommend. No doubt that’s why this shop has such a high rating
Brought my car here for an oil change and honestly, Ivo and his team are amazing. You’re really in good hands. He shows you everything and actually takes the time to explain it all. Not pushy at all, super detailed, and really knows BMWs. He even went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Prices are very fair, and this is the only shop I’ll trust from now on. I mentioned a few concerns and he happily checked them out and gave me solid advice.
These guys know their stuff about BMW’s. Many shops pretend to be European or BMW specialists but they are just parts changers who cannot diagnose anything but the simplest of issues.
We went to 2 other shops who failed to diagnose the problem and just changed perfectly fine parts, wasting my money and time. I got fed up and learned through some BMW people I know about Columbus Automotive Services.
