Reviews
After getting frustrated talking to a robot at one of the bigger companies, I called City Rooter. He answered the call quickly and said he could be on site within 30-40 minutes. He came to the house, fixed the main issue I was having plus two other plumbing related issues...all under 15 minutes! His pricing was very fair which makes the experience even better. Thanks again, Alex!
We had a serious plumbing issue and City Rooter responded promptly. I was given regular updates as the problem was assessed. Once the remedy was proposed and agreed to, City Rooter took all the steps required, including locating any utility lines, before beginning a major project to install a new cleanout pipe in front of our home. They were punctual, professional and thorough, and they did a great job cleaning up the work site before they left.
