Got tired of playing games with larger auto centres where the receptionist tells you one thing, the mechanic tells you another, and who knows what they're telling each other. At Cawthra Auto there are a lot less games -- I often get to chat with the person working on my Subaru or Fiat.
I called this shop randomly on my way down to pick up a part from another company asking them if they had time to install it. They fit me and got the job done, they were courteous, informative and went above and beyond what I had expected! Thank you for all your help it is truly appreciated!
After trying a number of auto repair centres, this has become my go to after being referred by a friend. Prior to finding Cawthra Auto Center, I would become stressed out by not having a trust worthy go to mechanic if my car needed maintenance or repair.
