Mamta is absolutely AMAZING at what she does! Her professionalism, skills, and availability are really helpful for us! I highly recommend the 1.5 hour massage, it really gets you to a relaxed zone! She is my officially masseuse!

Being a regular runner, I do need to relieve muscle aches caused from recurrent running. I had muscle soreness and pain in my thighs after a 10K and desperately needed a quick massage to avoid any injury. Prashant although very busy was kind enough accommodate me late in the evening and what a professional masseur he is.He listened to my need carefully, did a thorough inspection of my leg and used right tension on the muscles giving a perfect relief. Prashant always does a fantastic job but this visit made me realize he is very good in giving sports/athletic massage too. Without a doubt, the best sports massage you can get in Mississauga! Prashant is one of the best in the business. As a runner, I know how relaxing a good run can be, but I am also well aware of the recovery process after a run. Prashant's massage is recommended both, before and after a run. It is now a regular part of my pre-race and recovery process.
