Placed an order January 2, 2024. Received email stating it would be shipped within 4-9 business days. Fast forward today, I emailed asking about my order as I had never received any info after order was placed. Received an email back saying my order was canceled because of shortage of product and my $ was refunded. Had I not inquired, I wouldn't have know any of this. Still habe not received my refund.Terrible customer service, terrible communication. Terrible experience overall. Don't waste your time with this company.
Ordered on Dec 9, 2023. Like others, they took my money and gave no updates and no contact about delays. Mid Jan 2024, my order STILL hadn't shipped. Emailed several times. Called the 1888 number (doesn't work). Chat feature on their website also doesn't work. I called the local number repeatedly and was told by Marsha that my order would be delivered by Jan 15. Fast forward to Jan 17, my order still has not been picked up by the courier.
This business is a scam. I purchased a product nearly two months ago with an expected delivery of 9 business days, but it was never shipped. I can't reach the store, my emails go unanswered. They take your money, and you never receive the product.
