I can't recommend this company. There's been delay's with my pension transfer. When you call them, you get a recorded message that says they are closed, etc.... Generic email responses. Company does not seem legit. Avoid at all costs!

In times of a persons life that should be easy going after all the stresses in the work life these people make it so difficult and should be investigated on how they deal business with people who have worked so hard to invest their hard earnings into a company who really does not care. People should reach out to their local unions or government officials if that helps and get their pensions out of this horrible company.

The ABSOLUTE WORST Company to deal with, I’ve been trying to get my pension cheque for 5 months now. I get my calls being avoided and a delay on my emails.And the same repetitive responses and misinformation.“We’ve received your forms and your file is being processed by the end of the month, within 7-10 business days thereafter your funds will be in your account.”I have been waiting for funds to be deposited for THREE MONTHS!!!!!DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!and the man named David Girard in the pension department, is horrible to deal with.If I could give -10 stars I would.Please save yourself some time, heartaches, and headaches and find a better company.The...read full review
