On a busy summer Saturday during peak hours, I walked into Bio Nails Spa without an appointment and was honestly impressed by how kindly I was accommodated. Even with how busy they were, they took me in and I was in and out within a very reasonable time.
David and Helen were both wonderful. They helped me choose the perfect colour, and the manicure and pedicure turned out beautifully. The massages were especially relaxing and made the whole experience feel extra refreshing. I also really enjoyed the little laughs and warm energy throughout the visit—it made the appointment feel personal, not rushed.
