First time I came here, I was looking to gloss my hair. Bernadine took her time to talk me through all the options and helped me pick the best colour and product to match my needs. I came back some time later to purchase more of the same products but the colour was out of stock. Bernadine was in again (thankfully) and she went above and beyond to get what I needed brought to the shop so I was able to pick it up the next day. Incredible customer service and care. 5 stars!
