The incident last time had already been resolved. I really appreciate the manager for taking the time to personally call and resolve the issue. She was very friendly and professional throughout the entire process. When she wasn’t able to reach me at first, she made sure to follow up multiple times until she was able to get in contact with me, which I truly valued.
She was genuinely apologetic about the incident, took the time to fully understand our concerns, and handled everything with care and respect.
