Outstanding Customer Service!😃

I recently visited the Apple Store to purchase my very first Apple Watch Ultra 4, and I had an absolutely fantastic experience!

A special shoutout to Dema, who made my shopping experience truly exceptional. She was incredibly friendly, professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about the products. I was genuinely impressed by how confidently she answered all my questions and helped me choose the right watch.

Wanted help with my Airpod Pro that was hissing on one side; Apple customer support didnt do anything to check the issue, just suggested replacement , saying one ear $115 or whole airpod you can pick as you wish! Apple knows that this was a issue with the model and i wish at the mimimum sone one tested this issue or do provide a choice to trade in!

This is a very well-run store with genuinely helpful staff.
Mel always goes above and beyond with her knowledge, patience, and advice. She recently helped me through a painful Apple security verification/iCloud nightmare, and thanks to her, I came out the other side feeling completely confident and satisfied. Thank you, Mel! :)
I also recently got hardware help from Jimmy, who was awesome - friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable.
