I went to the store on the front and I got one person. It was not very helpful. He told me like go to the back to fill out the receipt and one of the employee Zade Help me out pretty quickly and printed out the receipt and seconds without any hustle
Dan at the Apple Store went above and beyond for me. My MacBook Pro needed a repair and instead of the standard ten day turnaround, he took the time to speak with his manager and got it expedited to five days. He also made sure I could get the repair done right at this location instead of having to go elsewhere. That kind of effort and initiative really made a difference. Highly recommend asking for Dan if you’re in the store.

I came to get my iPad replaced since I dropped it and wanted to use my apples care to get a new one before it expired. I was extreme scared and nervous since it had my university notes which are precious and expensive if I were to loose all of my post-secondary education. I had issues with good notes and was very understandably nervous about giving over my iPad and hopefully having everything downloaded after.
