Our experience with Alair was easy, professional & rewarding, with the project unfolding as we expected. Our project managers, Andrew P. and Natalia were responsive and conscientious, resolving any issues in a timely and thoughtful manner. The few hick-ups were listened to and fairly and quickly dealt with. We were very satisfied with our project results and client servicing. We also really appreciated the Alair process, understanding the cost break-down of every aspect of the project…it made us feel very comfortable moving forward with each stage. The project looks amazing and the process was painless.
