I really needed laser for my facial hair. I have terrible growth of hair on my face esp around the chin area. I finally decided to go with Vixen for my full face laser. Their first impression is actually that made me confide in my decision. COCO who received my phone was extremely helpful, and welcoming. She did not pushed me and allowed me to complete my side of the story and explained everything, which actually strengthened my decision to go with them. Always great service and experience at Vixen. Great quality work. Love the massage chairs and Netflix. The manicure and pedicure workmanship is definitely spa level although the decor is a bit more edgy than standard spas.

I had a wonderful experience getting a shellac manicure from Sonia (Sonya? Not sure of spelling!) today. The spa was clean and I was greeted very quickly by a lovely receptionist. I was sat in a chair within moments and the manicure started right on time for my appointment. Sonia was fantastic to sit with- she makes great conversation and really seemed to care about my opinion of her work. She constantly asked me to check the length, shape, colour, etc to ensure I was happy. The end result was a gorgeous manicure that I'm certain will last a while! I would definitely return and would highly recommend booking with Sonia!
