I was visiting my parents in Milton and booked a pedicure while in town (I came from Stoney Creek), and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The spa is beautiful, spotless, and very calm and quiet—exactly what you hope for. Booking was easy and seamless, and everything felt thoughtful and professional from the moment I arrived.
Emily was a fantastic technician—skilled, attentive, and lovely to chat with. I was even offered a heating pad for my neck and a latte, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the experience feel extra special.
