My IPhone touchscreen was non responsive, so I took it to Mobile Klinik and within the hour, it was fixed! Prabhjot was a pleasure to deal with, as she was so helpful, knowledgeable and did a great job in fixing my phone. Thanks again!!
I had shattered my iPhone 15 pro max screen and in a panic gave these guys a call. I had my phone fixed in an hour, at a very reasonable price. Hamza demonstrated exceptional customer service. However, when I went home I noticed my keyboard would randomly type letters and it wasn’t accurate. I gave them a call right away, and they ordered another replacement screen for me and repaired it immediately. Phone is all good now. Exceptional service and I highly recommend these folks. Prab and the other gentlemen at the front were really helpful and kind. Thank you!!
72 hr Update:
The store manager Hamza called me. He was very apologetic and gave me a full refund for the Cleaning service. He ensured me that their cleaning services are kept to a higher standard.
I am grateful for the apology and refund.
I can also confirm that they did properly clean the inside of my PS5. It is running a lot quieter since I brought it in.
I would still recommend Mobile Klinik as I have used them in the past, I am hopeful that this was a one off blip in their quality control.
