Hector is not a man of his word. He will come up with any reason not to pay his contractors in full for the work that has been completed. For your own sake please avoid doing business with this person.
Hector is not a man of his word. He finds any and every reason not to pay sub contract workers in full. He is a very manipulative man. Do not trust this company. You will absolutely regret it.
