Very warm welcoming environment. Love the facility, love the staff. Never did yoga before. Been going once a week for 4 months and have seen major improvements in my flexibility and I can touch my toes for the first time in my life.
I love this studio! I have come a few times over the years and have always felt so welcomed by instructors. Every experience has been nothing short of clean, inviting, and inclusive!
By far one of the best Hot Yoga Studios - staff is very welcoming and friendly. Always look forward coming to class <3If you’re ever considering trying hot yoga this is a wonderful place to start!
