Lenovo replaced my system board under warranty and all hell broke lose. I could not get into my Microsoft install programs no matter what I tried. Clearly this was a job for the pros so I started calling around computer repair and IT shops, with one being worse than the other. One wanted $285/hr with a minimum of 5 hours... over the phone, without really knowing issue!! My search stopped immediately when I called Miltown. Ray and Jon were a bright light in a scary industry. I told them that I was a one-man shop yet they both treated me like I was the only customer on the planet. We used Miltown to address an issue with a Lenovo Ideapad, still under warranty. John Sr was great to talk to over the phone and in person. The issue was fixed within the given time period. What little experience we've had with Miltown, they seem like a good group and I wouldn't hesitate to go to them again for computer services.
