As someone who has been a huge stickler for only dealing with the dealership for repairs/maintenance I decided to try Sam and the team for a liftgate repair. I do not regret, and wish I had sought their services before. I am extremely pleased with the great service. They were fast, efficient and most importantly, obviously very knowledgeable in what they do. You get the sense of genuine care and concern, as Sam gave excellent advice on how to prevent a repeat of the issue in future. Highly recommend if you're in search of quality service at a reasonable cost, as I was!

I was on my way to work when my car suddenly started sending alerts about my engine speed, so I pulled over and called the shop. Even though they were busy, they squeezed me in right away. Within an hour, they called me with a full diagnostic and a clear, honest quote. As soon as I gave the go ahead, they got straight to work. When I arrived a little before they finished, they walked me through everything step by step and even showed me the water pump that had burst. Throughout the whole experience, they made me feel really comfortable, which meant a lot during a stressful situation.
