Called for a shower repair, the technician tried to repair the existing unit but was not able to get the correct part. The unit was old and parts were not available. He informed us that it needed a complete change. The work was done efficiently, They were polite and courteous.

For several years we have had an issue with an over flooding bathroom shower. We had another company try to address the issue but the problem came back and they wanted me to pay to repeat the service and what I believe caused other problems.

Jeff and his coworker arrived and after explaining the issue he was quickly able to tell me exactly what and where the problem was in the pipes.
