They did not charge for labor/diagnostic for a faulty part that was under warranty and even did a follow-up call to see how a customer made out with Ford. We have been taking both of our vehicles (2016 Mazda & 2005 Mini Cooper) to Halton Auto Service and Transmission in Milton for a number of years. We have always found the service to be top notch and the prices more than fair. It is nice to know there is still an honest automotive shop out there, who will take care of you and treat you right. I have had all of the warrantee maintenance for my Mazda done at Halton. We struggled to find someone who could actually fix the Mini other than the dealership before we found Halton Auto Service. They have done a number of repairs on the Mini and we have never had a issue with any of their work. The Mini was recently in for a muffler and exhaust change and everything went great.
