Used to be good years ago with the previous group of employees. Now getting a haircut here is like playing Russian roulette, except instead of having one bullet in one chamber, there is only one chamber that is not loaded.Can’t expect them to be much better. Had a GREAT trim by Sadia. I arrived when it opened on a Saturday. Note: if you are doing on-line check-in, the app only opens 5 minutes after the store opens. The hair stylists are always courteous, quick and efficient!
