Doug's Auto Clinic is a trustworthy mechanic with knowledgeable staff who explain repairs in detail. The front desk staff is always pleasant. Ram and his team are patient, thorough, and honest, providing a sense of confidence. With years of experience, they can handle last-minute repairs and maintenance.
I've been going to Ram and Matt for 4 years now. Ram is honest and very fairly priced. He doesn't convince you to do work if he doesn't feel it's necessary or time yet. He provides good solutions when problems occur, and he always advises the most efficient route (best bang for your buck) - never upselling premium parts if he believes it wont make much difference. Ram is loyal to his customers, and his entire staff is kind and diligent. A big thank you to the entire team who has helped me over the years with all my vehicles maintenance and needs.
Thank you boys. Great job, my truck looks good and runs great. See you in spring.
