I had an issue with a letter on my keyboard that was constantly sticking, and it was becoming really frustrating. We tried about three different places before coming to Crave Systems, and each one either wasn’t able to help or said the whole keyboard would likely need to be replaced. When I brought it to Chris, he was so easy to work with, friendly, and straightforward. He took a look and within minutes was able to fix the problem by simply placing the key back on properly. I had an amazing experience with Crave Computers. I took my laptop to fix display and during the repair,they accidentally broke the screen. Instead of making excuses they went above and beyond offered me brand new laptop at no extra cost. Rare to find such customer focused local business these days. Kudos to Chris and John. Huge thanks to Chris and John at Crave Systems for their help in resolving a critical hard drive issue on an old PLC computer. The system was not replaceable, and their expertise saved us from a major setback. Really impressed with their knowledge, responsiveness, and the care they took to get us back up and running.
