We used Comfi multiple times for fixing up our home to sell and also for our new home. Carpets were always perfect installs and quality was within budget. Staff were good at sharing pros and cons of different carpets and also helpful with questions. When getting carpets to replace in house to be sold - they found some "end of roll" styles that fit that budget perfect! Only carpet/flooring store I would go to in Milton, ON

5/5 as the Comfi Carpets interview process (which ultimately didn't happen) is so shambolic that it brought me a whole new appreciation for my existing employment which is far from perfect, but not a gong show like this place."Better the devil you know, than the devil you don't..." ?Life is good again!

My family went to Comfi for ages and it's obvious why. I'm from out of town but was in the area the other day and decided to pop in to get a rug made. They kindly helped me pick which carpet to use and even were able to rush order and bind it for me same-day. The staff were extremely friendly; they even remembered my family, who haven't been there in at least 3 years (they only stopped going because they moved away). Overall the experience at Comfi was exceptional and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service and quality interior design.
