I met some truly wonderful people here who did an amazing job. Kajal , my physiotherapist who was so attuned to my needs, kind , professional, encouraging and excellent at her job. Lucas is also amazing, so encouraging , professional and thoughtful. Brooklyn, admin, so very helpful from day one, kind , thoroughly efficient , a superstar. The environment very welcoming and all other staff interactions are good, like Diya. They have all really helped me in a collaborative , efficient and respectful. Way. I’m having a wonderful experience with this clinic! The staff is friendly, welcoming, and professional, and I always feel comfortable and well taken care of. I have been going to CBI Milton for a few years. Each time was for something different. I was introduced to them when I had my concussion. I didn't even realize they had concussion therapy. Giancarlo was amazing and within a very short time was able to rid me of the headaches that made me sick ,dizzy and that were unbearable. The next time was for a rotator cuff injury. I couldn't move my arm and any movement was extremely painful. Once again Giancarlo did his magic and I missed no work and the injury healed quickly. Almost a year later I tore my meniscus in my right knee, after surgery I went to see Giancarlo again. With some work and determination he had me back ready...read full review
