I spent this weekend indulging in a refreshing blowout, and I must express my gratitude for the wonderful service. Parul and my stylist, Morgan, were incredibly sweet, providing exceptional customer service. I left my appointment with exactly the results I desired. I will definitely be returning! :)
Love Navi. You tell him what you want and he gets it done the way you want it. He is also very easy to talk to and is very knowledgeable with products and hair care. I go to this location to get my hair and make up done for events. The only issue i've ever had with them was when I paid for one of their events with Bubbly and Braids but was not offered the bubbly. Also felt it was rushed and had to switch different people to come teach us how to braid. Wish they had a better process with these events as people are paying for it. Other than that, makeup is also always done well. Will definitely come back and I still highly recommend their services.
Overall the service was great and the staff member who completed the styling was very nice. But they were obviously busy or understaffed. Appointment started 10 mins late to have hair washed by a different staff member, since they were running behind. The place was cold...bring a sweater! ?
