I had the pleasure of Ella cutting my hair. I was ready for the drastic chop of many, many inches and Ella was fantastic. I appreciated her being apprehensive of such a drastic cut, but worked with my u til I was comfortable with length. The space is so fun and unique, and overall loved my experience. The time in there chatting with Ella and Stacy was a great way to spend a couple hours! LOVE my new and refreshed hair ?

In the beginning of our service this was a professional company with good communication skills and service. Over the last six months-they do not show up and have the excuse that they called to verify our prearranged time-but they never called. I have insisted there is no record on my phone log of them ever calling. It is disappointing as they were a good company. Today, I waited all day for an appointment and they still are not here. Now, I am going to revise my comment as Randy just showed up-apologized profusely and said I will not be charged for this visit. He also said he could be my service tech from this point forward and would make sure this will not happen again.

I had 2 crowns removed, decay removed, and temporary crowns installed. Then today my permanent crowns were put in. The difficult procedure was painless and done with great skill. The staff are both friendly and very good at what they do. Many thanks to Dr. Lee!
