PetValu Midland location has the nicest and most knowledgeable staff. They are always willing to answer questions. If you are waiting for a certain product to arrive, they will call you and hold it for you to pick up, when it arrives
Went and picked my corgi a new rain suit. Loved the one I bought cause it has tons of adjustments. Staff were friendly and helpful even though I could tell they were busy getting shipments and keeping floors clean/safe with the snow. Wesley loves his new suit :)
I went in looking for a harness for my dog to be safe on our car rides. I had heard that you could get a harness and attachment for the seat belt. What i was looking at wasn't quite what I was looking for. The staff directed me to a crash certified harness and seat belt attachment. I'm glad i asked first. Thank you!!!
