I would highly recommend Deb Hall as a mortgage broker. During our refinance she was highly communicative and I feel like we obtained the best available rate saving us thousands over the mortgage term. She answered all of our questions and gave reminders prior to any time sensitive deadlines during the application and appraisal process.This was our first time moving away from our "big bank" which wouldn't match lower, advertised interest rates. I wouldn't describe the process as simple, but having someone who will answer questions every step of the way took most of the anxiety out of the experience.
