I had a great experience with CarStar, Midland. The manager LEE of this shop fixed my car Windshield in no time, even though it only had a small crack. On top of that, he went the extra mile and helped with some additional work, which I really appreciated.

Carstar Midland took care of the insurance damage appraisal and did the repairs on my SUV. While it took almost a week for our car to begin getting assessed, the repair itself took about 2 weeks once parts arrived and you could tell the level of detail technicians had when diagnosis issues/damage and outlining the repairs. Staff were always happy to give an update when I asked and answer my questions.
