Best team of staff EVER!! I've been to the store about 5 times in the past 2 months and literally every member of the staff has been incredibly helpful and friendly. I had a few things in my online shopping cart for my new pup and one of the team actually called me to find out more info on my new dog. She made recommendations that would better suit our new friend and offered to have her harness fit for her. I was thankful to have people who genuinely care about the wellbeing of our furry friends. 10/10 am only shopping here from now on! Thanks for being great!
Mark is an amazing business owner and very accommodating to customers. He always looks for the best prices so the savings can be passed down to his customers! I have preferred this store over all the other convinience stores in the meaford area as the selection and prices are both great affordable. And usually fully stocked full of almost every pet need you can come across. From bird feed to bedding, to sanitation products, and much much much more, pet valu is more then a pet store. Its a one stop shop for 99% of your daily needs. And if you cant find it. Mark may be able too.Couldnt ask for better service
